I am Thomas King, a real estate professional in the East Tennessee area specializing in Knoxville and cities in Sevier County.

My Biography is as follows:

* 2001-2005 – I attended the University of Tennessee to obtain an Undergraduate Degree in Business Studies.
* 2005-2006 – I worked for the Knox County District Attorney’s office.
* 2006-2007 – I received my Masters of Business Administration degree dual concentrating in Finance and Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Tennessee.

While in graduate school, I realized that my true passion in life was real estate. So I obtained my real estate license in 2007 and I now work with Brackfield & Associates. I have been in real estate brokerage and development since that time.

I have managed over 30,000 square feet of retail commercial property in Knoxville TN, including two blocks of commercial property on the University of Tennessee’s Cumberland Ave. Tenants include: Subway, Dominos, Nebraska Book Company, Kaplan, Jason’s Deli, just to start with.

In the Sevier County market alone, I currently have approximately $36 million in real estate listed that is either for sale or for lease.
